As a best practice in the field of Rural Development through tourism, the Founder and President of Foodward Foundation, Prof.Dr. Thomas Bratschi, together with his collaborator Ms. Klara Kehnel, delivered a master class, showcasing Food and local value networks in Switzerland Alpine’s region. The experts gave to the students, innovative, competitive and sustainable tips to get their mind thinking and provide extra value to their work to give a solution to the UNWTO’s challenge.

Apart from the main sponsor SECO- the Swiss State Secretariat for Foreign Affairs, Foodward foundation will also become official Sponsor of the UNWTO Students’ league-Switzerland by providing a prize for the winning team of the National Final4 event, where the 4 teams will pitch live their solution, next December.
